CNSD Finance shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Agreements are between you and the respective lending partner.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The operational jurisdiction shall be conducted in New Delhi, India.
