CNSD Finance is a financial services facilitator that connects customers with banks, NBFCs, and other lending partners. We help with loan applications, product comparison, and related financial service assistance. CNSD Finance is not a direct lender.

3.User Eligibility

Users must be eligible to use financial services in India and must provide accurate information while applying through the platform.

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Resident of India with valid identity records.
• Valid PAN, Aadhaar, and active Indian bank account where required.
• Ability to meet the selected lending partner's underwriting criteria.

4.Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics, design elements, and proprietary platform materials belong to CNSD Finance unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or misuse is prohibited.

5.Limitation of Liability

CNSD Finance is not liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Loan approval, rejection, terms, and disbursal decisions are made by the respective lending partner.

6.Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including arbitration where relevant. The operational jurisdiction shall be New Delhi, India.
